Our handmade reusable Hot / Cold pack is made of cotton fleece and coordinating cotton quilter’s fabric. Candy Colors is off-white, punk, red, yellow, and green backed with bright yellow fleece.
It is filled with lavender essential oil- scented rice and flax seed. Rice retains a bit of moisture and provides a moist heat when used in the microwave, and flax seed is great for heat and cold retention.
Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments to use hot, or put in the freezer a minimum of two hours for cold therapy.
